How reliable each row is:
- 1 bedroom and 4 bedrooms: one apartment each, prices checked on 24 October 2026.
- 2 bedrooms: prices last checked in late August 2026, so treat them as rough. December and January dates aren't in our checks yet.
- 3 bedrooms: two apartments with different sizes. The 3-bedroom that sleeps 10 sits at the top of the range and the 3-bedroom that sleeps 5 at the bottom.
Price per person for groups
The 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom that each sleep 10 work out at about AED 350 per person per night at November median prices when all ten beds are used. More on these apartments on our large-group page.

The prices on this page include 5% VAT. The search shows the full total for your dates before you book. All seven apartments with a full amenity list include a washing machine and the building pool.
