30 nights at our median rates
These totals multiply the median nightly price we charged by 30. They include 5% VAT and were compiled on 7 October 2026 from price checks made between July and late September 2026.

The 1-bedroom figure is a single apartment, and the November 2-bedroom figure is one apartment, the 2-bedroom that sleeps four — so they describe that apartment, not the building. Our 1-bedroom has held a fairly steady price: AED 1,964–2,042 a night (monthly median) from July to October.
Nightly prices in summer were lower: in August the 2-bedroom median was AED 1,460 and the 3–4 bedroom median AED 2,324. If your month is flexible, that is worth knowing; we don't yet have prices for 2027.

The three with a workspace are the 3-bedroom that sleeps five, the 3-bedroom that sleeps ten and the 4-bedroom. The host of the 3-bedroom that sleeps ten also describes 1 Gbps internet. Five of the seven list a dryer as well as the washer.
Which apartments had a month free
What matters for a long stay is an unbroken run of open nights. Looking 31 to 90 days ahead (6 November 2026 to 4 January 2027) in our check on 4 October 2026, 44% of nights across our eight apartments were already booked. Only two apartments had every night open across that stretch:
The 3-bedroom that sleeps five had 25 open nights in a row from 6 to 30 November, and the 2-bedroom that sleeps four about three weeks in a row. The larger apartments were broken up by existing bookings, and one 3-bedroom had no open nights through January.
Minimum stays
On open nights the minimum stay we saw ranged from 1 night (the 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom that sleep ten) to 6 nights (the 3-bedroom that sleeps five).
