The other four apartments don't mention the fountain. Their listings describe a Burj Khalifa view (three of them, one of which calls it "partial") or city views.
How strong is the evidence?
We want you to know exactly what each claim rests on.
- Strongest — the first 2-bedroom. Both the listing title and the host's description name the fountain, and its amenities include a balcony. Its amenity lines also include a lake view and a city-skyline view.
- Host's word — the second 2-bedroom. Its host describes the fountain view. We haven't yet read this apartment's Airbnb amenities, so we can't add anything to that.
- Title only — the 3- and 4-bedroom. Both carry the same listing title ending "Burj & Fountain". The 3-bedroom's amenity lines describe canal, harbour and city-skyline views; the 4-bedroom has no written description at all. Both list a balcony and a Burj Khalifa view.
If the fountain is the reason you're booking, look at the photos on the listing before you pay, or ask us to confirm with the host.

The first 2-bedroom's October price is three months old, and we have no October–November prices for the second, so treat both as rough and check live prices for your dates.

How booked they were
When we checked on 4 October 2026:
- The 3-bedroom was fully booked for the next 30 days and 65% booked for the two months after.
- The 4-bedroom was only 7% booked for the next 30 days and 35% for the following two months.
- The first 2-bedroom was 30% booked for the next 30 days and had every night open from 6 November to 4 January.
- The second 2-bedroom was 13% booked for the next 30 days but 87% for the following two months, and its calendar wasn't open beyond 3 January.
