Which one for which group
- Ten people: the two sleeps-10 apartments. The 4-bedroom gives you one more bedroom for the same headcount and has the only review count we can quote — 14 reviews, rated 5.0. It is marked a Guest Favourite on Airbnb, and its host is a Superhost.
- Five people watching the budget: the 3-bedroom that sleeps five is the lowest-priced large apartment we have, at a flat AED 1,875 a night in our price checks. The sleeps-6 3-bedroom has three bathrooms, but read on before you plan around it.
- Working while you're here: three of the four list a dedicated workspace — all except the sleeps-6.
All four list the pool and a washing machine; three list the gym and free parking. Its host describes the sleeps-10 3-bedroom as having a maid's room, floor-to-ceiling windows and a PlayStation 5 — host details we haven't checked.

The per-person figure only applies to the two apartments that sleep ten; for the smaller 3-bedrooms, divide by five or six. The November median was about 60% above July's.
How far ahead to book
These are the apartments that fill first. On 4 October 2026:

The sleeps-6 3-bedroom had no open nights at all through January 2027 and its calendar shows minimum stays of up to 28 nights, so in practice it isn't available for a short group trip right now. Across the large apartments, 69% of nights were booked over the next 30 days, against 24% for our 2-bedrooms and none for our 1-bedroom.
Around the holidays, the sleeps-10 3-bedroom was already unavailable from 26 to 30 December and the 4-bedroom from 25 to 28 December when we checked. Both still had New Year's Eve open on 4 October.
