CTBUH is the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. It lists the tower as "Grande", which is how Emaar first launched it.
Address and location
Grande Signature Residences stands on Opera Plaza, on the south side of the Downtown Dubai lake, in the part of Downtown known as the Opera District. Dubai Opera is next door. Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Fountain and Souk Al Bahar are across the water.

Walking takes longer than these distances suggest because routes go around the lake and across roads.
Height, floors and completion
The CTBUH database lists the tower at 279 m, with 72 floors above ground and 5 below, completed in 2023.
Other sources give different numbers. Some property portals list 71 or 78 floors, and early sales material targeted completion in late 2022. We use the CTBUH figures because CTBUH measures buildings to a published standard.
Apartment types and floor plans
Emaar describes the building as 2- and 3-bedroom apartments and 4-bedroom penthouses, with floor-to-ceiling windows in the living areas. Emaar publishes the brochure and floor plans on its project page.
We don't quote unit sizes. Published figures for the same layouts differ by several hundred square feet between sources.

Facilities
According to Emaar, residents get:
- a podium-level infinity pool with a deck overlooking the Dubai Fountain
- a fitness centre, a health club and a yoga room
- a children's play area
- barbecue stations
The amenity lists of our seven apartments with full details confirm the pool on all seven and a gym on five. A washing machine is in all seven. Parking is listed on six.
Views
Emaar describes views of Burj Khalifa, Dubai Opera, Burj Park and the Dubai Fountain. What you see depends on the floor and the side of the building. Two of our apartments have photos of Burj Khalifa and the fountain lake taken from inside the apartment: the 3-bedroom that sleeps 10 and the 4-bedroom that sleeps 10.
